"Strange squid found in Gulf of Mexico"

Strange squid found in Gulf of Mexico
A 13-foot-long squid has been spotted in the deep waters of the Gulf of Mexico, the Pacific, Atlantic and the Indian Ocean.

Squids usually have eight long arms and two modified shorter arms called tentacles.

The newly discovered squid has ten appendages of the same length. All have a sharp bend like an elbow from which the rest of the arm hangs straight down.

They also have two enormous fins that stick out from their tiny body. The two fins are like elephant ears that flap as the creatures float around.
