"Ignoring e-mails is good for heart"
According to a new study ignoring mail messages may reduce stress by having a positive effect on the heart.
As part of the study researchers have attached heart rate monitors to office workers found employees remained in a state of ''high alert'' throughout the day if they had been found exposed to constant access to email.
While those those who insisted they had their manager's permission to not check their messages for up to five days at a time had much healthier heart rates.
